As you can tell from the photo taken by your delivery crew after set-up, there are crimps on each wing of the chair, which I believe came from the way it was boxed for delivery. The Chace leather chair is very nice. Workmanship and quality is very good. There is one downside though and that is the pneumatic mechanism only goes up and down 1 inch. All mechanism that I have seen have at least 2-3 inches of travel. I had to add spacers to raise the height to the right level. I think you should change the mechanism supplier.. Edward. Gallup, NM.
