Tried this in store but they couldn't supply the 2-piece and wait times were long. Ordered this online and had it in a week. We tried the Cozey sofa as a sofa-in-a-box option but it smelled so badly of chemicals we had to return. This was easier in terms of delivery, faster, and no odor -- eco-friendly FCS wood. The sofa looks like it would be squishy soft when you sit in it but it's quite firm, which I like for my aging back ;-). Firm but supportive -- with give but not too much give!. Linn. Toronto, ON.
