I took a chance and purchased an open box item so I knew there was a chance something might be imperfect even though I accepted the non-return policy. For the most part, this dresser is beautifully made, substantial in size, and slightly grayer than the image shows. The only imperfection is one of thr soft-close drawers isn’t aligned correctly which requires a manual push to close it.
