I chose a designer I trusted and invested tens of thousands of dollars through Perigold—and in return, I’ve received nothing but silence and endless delays. Months have gone by with no updates. Every time I reached out, I was given no real information, and now, after all this waiting, I’ve been told my items are back-ordered. This is completely unacceptable. The level of disorganization and incompetence is astonishing. I will never shop with Perigold again. I will be leaving detailed negative reviews across multiple platforms, and I’ll be telling friends, family, and colleagues to avoid this site entirely. No company charging premium prices should deliver service this terrible.

This stool is probably one of my most favorite finds on Wayfair! It has the look of vintage, but it’s new. I have been moving it all over my home as it fits anywhere! 5 out of 5 stars, a FAVORITE!
