I love this sofa. Beautiful. The review I read before purchase said the seat could be softer. That sold me, because I prefer a firm seat.

The Bert sofa is beautiful and exactly as described. Neutral color with cool undertones that looks great with my ash gray and cream color scheme. I gave only four stars because I think it could stand to be a bit softer when you sit on it. Pros: As described, great value, high quality Cons: Seat cushion could be softer
