This item arrived wrapped without a hard cardboard top, simply. bubble wrap! The other sides were make shift cardboard put together to get close to covering it. The bench itself was covered with what I can only describe as potato sac grade burlap. Full of dark bits caught in the weave! There is no lining between the thin fuzzy, coarse burlap and the white foam fill below. Additionally the buttons are punched in asymmetrically.

I’ve had this ottoman for 2 12 years and unfortunately the fabric is pulling apart and the stuffing is coming out of the burlap fabric in little fuzz balls. If I’d known this would happen, I wouldn’t have made the purchase. And when I bought it, it was half this price

Beautiful! The material is more cream in color than tan.
