Great stool, the quality is perfect. My only complaint is that there is no way to lock the seat in place.

The stool is very rustic and a deep brown/rust color - not black. I like the style, but the finish is not what I expected and not what comes across in the pictures. Getting a summary description added to this product (currently it doesn't have one) that accurately describes it would be helpful for future buyers. Meanwhile, I'm off to Home Depot to get some black spray paint.
