In order to provide a durable and safe use of the product, please follow the following recommendations: Continuous exposure to the sun (especially with dark colors) can cause burning injuries by direct contact with your skin. To avoid this, please check the temperature of the furniture in case of long-term exposure to the sun. Place the item on a flat surface to avoid uncontrolled movements. Keep the item far from excessive heat sources. The product is not a toy. To avoid accidents, do not allow children to play with it. Keep furniture away from the dust to keep it clean, if cleaning is required we recommended the use of pressure washers, such as KARCHERS, and/or domestic degreasing cleaner periodically. Never use abrasive or corrosive products. To preserve the product, we recommend the usage of a Vondom cover for every item. In the case of lacquered products, we recommended car wax every 2 or 3 months, as it will avoid the appearance of possible scratches. Outdoor cushions are available only in some models. We recommended you clean them periodically with a cloth and basic soap and water. When changing bulbs, please make sure the cord is not connected to the main power.- If cords suffer any damage, they must be changed exclusively by the manufacturer or by a professional. Vondom outdoor furniture cleans easily and stays impeccable. Steps for clean outdoor furniture: 1. Spray the degreaser over the dirty surface. 2. Rub it with a damp cloth. 3. Rinse with abundant water with a pressure washer. Cautions! Don't use a pressure washer for cushions and lacquered finish items. 4. Dry it outside and enjoy our products.

The Vondom Faz Side Bar is a beautiful piece, which makes this review particularly disappointing to write. After waiting since March for delivery, the bar arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging. The product was shipped in a cardboard carton with only a plastic sleeve surrounding the piece. There were no corner protectors, impact guards, foam guards, or other protective materials that would typically be expected for a furniture item of this size, value, and design. The carton arrived punctured, exposing the product, and the damage to the bar corresponded directly with the damaged area of the packaging. What made the damage especially frustrating was its location. It was not hidden on the underside or in an inconspicuous area. The damage was located at the center focal point of the bar, where the eye is naturally drawn to the design, making it immediately noticeable. Wayfair ultimately provided a partial refund, which I appreciate. However, that refund will only cover the cost of hopefully repairing an eyesore located in the middle of a piece that should have arrived as a work of art. The design itself is stunning. The packaging and protection during shipment fell well below expectations and resulted in a premium product arriving in damaged condition.
