This is a great quality couch. Its supportive yet very comfortable. The linen fabric is very thick and should last years. The Seems are all fitted perfectly as well. It also has a nice texture and looks very natural. I love that the company recycles 95% post consumer waste and also used solar power for their manufacturing. Caring about their environmental footprint was a major deciding factor for my purchase. It’s also getting harder to find a furniture company that uses high quality materials and natural fibers as well as putting time and craftsmanship into their work. It is a dying art. I am grateful to have found them amongst all the mass produced, ill quality out there. It is a beautiful looking couch and it feels even better than it looks when i sit in it. I really couldn't be any happier with this timeless piece. A big thank you to both the company and the craftsman who made it.

Preventative maintenance: We suggest routine light vacuuming and frequent pillow rotation to help extend the life of the fabric and enhance the overall appearance. If pilling should occur, please know this should not be considered a defect. This is a natural characteristic caused by friction that occurs in the course of normal use. Pilling involves non-structural fibers and does not affect the durability or strength of the fabric. Pills can easily be removed using a lint or fabric shaver. Also, please note that the application of an after-market treatment as well as exposure to pets and pet dander may cause premature wearing of fabrics. Caution: Never remove cushion covers for separate dry cleaning or washing, even though they do have zippers. The zippers are there to enable the manufacturer to fill the cushion with the cushion core. Do not use any tumble method of cleaning as this may destroy the backing of the fabric or in some other way cause damage to the fabric.
