The right arm, where it meets with the flounce, is poorly sewn. Too much of a bulge of fabric where they meet. Left side is not perfect, but not as much as at the right side. It should be smooth as in the original picture. Back pillow would be more comfortable if taller.

I really love these chairs, high quality, great fabric, love the swivel! They shipped very quickly. Just needed to steam the skirt upon unpacking as it was a bit wrinkled from shipping.

TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE OF UPHOLSTERED CHAIRS! Will likely NOT ORDER furniture in future. Could not get response from Wayfair for delivery refund. Also one chair was well done, the other was poorly upholstered.

I’m giving these chairs 3 stars but I’d say they’re actually about a 3.5. I wanted to love them but there are just a few areas where the upholstery is subpar with the skirt and pleats, and the color is not what I’d expected. From the photos online, they looked to be a cream color but they’ve got a little bit of a tan/yellow undertone. I’d call them more of an ecru color. They swivel and glide just fine and they seem to be pretty well made. They were shipped from NC, which leads you to believe they were made here in the USA, but according to the box, they were made in Vietnam. I'd like to add to my review that I'm sending these chairs back at a cost of $170.00. When I got a return shipping quote from a Wayfair representative before making this purchase, they told me the return shipping would be $120.00. Just beware, if purchasing from this company, that you get a written return shipping quote on a large item such as this.

They are small and the fabric is cheap. The sewing is also not done well. I thought these would be a lot higher quality than they are.
