The only detractor from this purchase is WAYFAIR itself. Their website can't differentiate Queen to King. Their email system of communication was non-existent if not confusing. And the delivery date missed. Now as for the Product, this is a good item - but that has more to do with the Manufacturer, than Wayfair. Luxurious, nice curves, low profile. The height of your mattress is an issue, get the bed first, and then adjust with the correct box spring from there. Oh - and Wayfair did allow an earlier delivery time, than other sellers, so that is a positive. PS - I hate the bate switch offer for 10% discount, when it doesn't apply to repeat customers. What BS!

We ordered and received the King Upholstered Panel Bed. The delivery went very smooth. The two delivery gentlemen were very polite, efficient, and handled the new bed with care. They took care of everything perfectly! We are thrilled with our new bed. It is beautiful and so well built. It is just what we were looking for. It came in pristine condition and when you shake it to see how solid it is, it is amazingly solid. You can feel the high quality! Thank you Wayfair!!
