The first shipment of 2 nightstands was delayed multiple times and then both pieces arrived damaged. It took me two calls for Wayfair to process the return correctly. The replacement set of nightstands was delayed and required yet another call to customer service to identify the problem and restart delivery. The pieces finally arrived with the cartons left in the middle of my front sidewalk, with one of the cartons damaged in several places, but the internal packaging prevented damage to the nightstands. The nightstands are nice quality with solid construction and materials. Looks like they will last.
