While the quality of the furniture is great, the quality of the customer service is subpar. I reached out to the company with pictures of damage done upon delivery to my dresser. I was told I could return it for a refund. This thing is a monstrosity. Otherwise I could get a 10% credit towards Birch Lane. I asked for a bigger discount and was declined. Eventually. I was connected with somebody higher up who offered me a low refund if I wanted to keep the dresser. I had to negotiate up. So just be prepared.
