Wood: Clean with warm neutral PH level soapy water. Use a soft, damp (not wet) cloth. Apply furniture polish to lacquered wood to enhance shine. If chips appear, they can be touched up by a professional using lacquer. For deep chips, a professional can sand down the entire surface and re-stain. Fabric: Soak up spills straight away. Use lukewarm water and a neutral PH detergent to remove stubborn stains. Vacuum gently to remove dust. Remove wax and similar substances by freezing the area with ice cubes and breaking away piece by piece.
