Love the look of these chairs but, the ball bearings in the caster wheels kept coming out and did not roll well at all. Also, they left markings on our hardwood floors.

I didn't expect them to be quite as large as they are. What a bonus. Solid, supportive & more comfortable than my Laz-z-boy recliners. I've got a condo with a living/dining area & use them in both. So nice being able to just roll them, rather that picking them up & knocking over everything in the way.
