Quality construction. Very British Colonial which is the look I was after. It is larger in diameter than I had expected since the table is not featured in the photo against another object to give a frame of reference. It is not a dinky, fragile thing. Very solidly built. Holds a picture frame, candle, lamp, and plenty more room for a cup of coffee and a good book!
