We bought two of these. They are beautifully made and very sturdy. They come fully assembled. We had a minor hardware issue and needed new screws. Customer service was excellent and we received replacements very quickly.

For years now I have been looking for a narrow cabinet to fit into a cut corner of our dining area. I had seen this Franklin bookcase but was hesitant because it had only one, albeit good, review. Finally I decided life is too short to waste any more time so I placed the order. 10 to 12 weeks was the lead time they said. I live in Vancouver Canada and received it in just over 4 weeks! I had read some negative stories in Wayfair reviews about delivery with no notice and damaged goods but my experience was nothing like that. I was kept informed of the shipping progress and received updated messages the morning of arrival of when it could be expected. The two young men performing the delivery were great. Before bring the cabinet in they physically checked the space were it was to sit. They uncrated it outside and waited for me to inspect it, then wheeled it into position before removing all packing materials on their way out. The cabinet itself is better than I expected. It's a solid, well built and designed piece of furniture. Solid cherry frame and doors with high quality cherry plywood sides and shelves. The grain on the front and doors is gorgeous and high-lighted by the natural finish. I am very happy with this. Thank you!
