We ordered an open box bed from Perigold and only received half the bed. Delivery and service were all excellent, but we wanted the bed. Perigold would not provide the rest of the bed because the product was open box. They told us to keep the headboard and dispose of it ourselves and refunded the money. So we got no bed and had to dispose of a headboard we couldn't use.
