Delivery was easy and on time. Assembly took me 2.5 hrs and I had no trouble at all. The directions were clear and all the hardware/parts were included. I love how it looks! I highly recommend this product to help make your home feel more warm and comfy!

This was an easy assembly, minimal damage, few dents and dings but customer service was very willing to replace any damaged items, not enough to make it too noticeable. Fireplace portion looks great and works well! Nice and cozy and able to use with and without the heat feature.

Original tv stand arrived well packaged but the top piece was damaged in multiple areas. I reached out to Wayfair and the manufacturer sent me a new top price in less than a week. It was a great customer service experience. The stand does look nice other than that.

Absolutely love this fire place! Came quickly and in great shape. Assembly was a breeze, easy follow instructions. The rock boarder adds a very nice finish to this piece. The fireplace put off amble heat and is not loud when running. Being able to change the color of the flames is my favorite thing about this. I highly recommend this item.

Versatile as both a TV stand or common room decorative piece. Came very fast as 3 boxes which needed assembly. Assembly took about an hour total. Once assembler you will need two people to move. Love the visual and heating component, perfect tor any apartment or home.

Our fireplace arrived quickly and was packaged well. There were a few small issues when assembling - one tiny little edge piece was hanging off and came completely off when we started assembling. Also, they put the glue identification pieces in a bad spot since it's very hard to get all the glue off of the exterior. With that said, the fire looks great as does the stone looking surround. The flames come in many different color options and the remote is easy to figure out. It's a big piece of furniture, so make sure you measure your room accurately before you buy it, but you will be satisfied with it. Looks great.

Really like this TV stand with fireplace, but I thought for the price that the quality would be better. Came packaged extremely well and actually very simple to put together. The wood quality could be better as it does have a few nicks and chips. Some of the pieces don’t fit exactly together as they should leave in small gaps. No wood looking stickers to cover up hardware. The fireplace part itself is amazing though. Can have the flames on with or without the heater, can adjust the brightness of the flames, and has different settings with different colors for the flame.

I really like my Real Flame tv stand. It was really easy to assemble and it looks great! The electric fireplace is very realistic! It is lower to the floor than I expected but I still really like it! I will definitely purchase from this company again. Wayfair also gave me a great price for it!
