From excellent delivery team to well packaged to quality for the money. 14’ is heavy. I was able to assemble by myself and easier if you install levelers after board installed. I recommend getting help. Could use better directions. Legs are the only issue I have. Be careful when moving especially if on carpet Make sure you have it where you want it legs squared and recheck tightness before installing board. Make sure middle leg is absolutely tight as you can’t access bolts on the one side once the score board mounted. I thought we needed a 16’ but am totally satisfied with the 14’ telluride as the wider board is just like being at the bar and was well worth the extra expense.

The board is amazing looks very good! It came with some broken pucks, and I tried reaching out, sent an email and still no response or anything from Wayfair which is odd for them. Very happy with the table itself

The table was shipped. I scheduled the assembly a week later. The guy showed up to assemble the board and when we opened everything up we realized I was missing the main board that the pucks slide on. Hard to play without that. Also they sent me one wrong box so I ended up with duplicates of the hardware and other pieces. Working with wayfair to hopefully rush out the missing pieces and then rescheduling the handy man to help me assemble. I better not have to pay for multiple set ups. Not happy at all after spending over 4000 dollars for the 18 foot table. Will adjust review if and when I actually get to enjoy it.

Wayfair took care of me but the shuffleboard table itself was a mess. We had to redrill holes and completely move pieces to get it put together. The two sides of the table that were sent to me were completely different!! Evidently they were from two different lines it factories. It was really unbelievable! The quality control was extremely poor!!!

Play craft game tables are warranted for 1 year against defects in materials and manufacturing. This warranty is subject to the following limitations; Original purchaser – This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. Tables not covered – This warranty does not apply to Playcraft slate pool tables or Playcraft shuffleboard tables, which carry their own warranties. Assembly – All damaged or defective parts must be identified prior to proceeding with the assembly process. Do not assemble the table if damaged or defective parts are identified. Moving – Moving the table can cause injury and damage to the table. Parts damaged due to moving the table are not covered by the warranty. Wear and tear – Conditions deemed by us to have occurred during use, expected due to age, or caused by acts of nature, are not covered by this warranty. Processing a claim – In the event a defect in materials or manufacturing is suspected, stop the assembly process and immediately notify the retailer where purchased or GMInc. through the support website. Clear and detailed images along with a description of the damage or defect will be required to initiate the warranty claim. A determination will be made if damaged or defective parts need to be returned for further inspection to validate the claim. Associated costs – The warranty does not cover any associated costs including but not limited to loss of use, shipping costs, or labor.
