The Playcraft Extera shuffleboard table is an absolute standout piece of equipment that has completely transformed our outdoor entertainment space. The build quality is exceptional; the heavy-gauge aluminum and powder-coated steel frame feel incredibly durable, and the electric blue accent cloth provides a modern, striking aesthetic that always draws a compliment. Beyond its looks, the 20-inch wide playfield offers a smooth, professional-grade slide that makes every game feel like a tournament. It is rare to find a table that balances weather-resistant ruggedness with such high-level performance. I also want to extend a sincere thank you to Wayfair for their commitment to customer satisfaction throughout this process. We encountered some significant hurdles with the initial ordering, delivery logistics, and the complexities of the setup, but the Wayfair team remained diligent and professional in working through every difficulty. Their willingness to stay engaged until the table was safely in place and ready for play turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a successful one. It is reassuring to shop with a retailer that takes accountability for the entire customer journey. Finally, a special thank you must go to the manufacturer, Playcraft. I reached out to their support team directly to navigate some of the specific challenges we faced, and they went above and beyond any expectations. It is truly refreshing to find a company that stands behind their product with such integrity and personal care. Their promptness and proficiency were the crucial elements that ensured the success of this purchase. If you are looking for a high-quality table backed by a company that treats its customers like gold, I cannot recommend Playcraft and the Extera enough.

Review: A Beautiful Catalog Masking a Logistics Nightmare If you’re looking for a stress-test for your patience, Wayfair is the perfect candidate. While their selection is vast, the actual experience of getting a product into your home—and assembled—is an exercise in frustration. The Checkout Hurdle My ordeal started at the finish line: the payment. Attempting to use multiple gift cards was unnecessarily difficult. The system isn't designed for a smooth multi-card checkout, turning what should have been a simple transaction into a digital scavenger hunt. I spoke with a consultant when I placed the order using three gift cards. After placing the order and receiving my invoice I threw one of the gift cards in the garbage. Two days later I get an email saying the order did not go through. After speaking with two different specialists at Wayfair each giving me different steps to follow I had to manually enter the gift cards but because I no longer had the $15 gift card so I was out $25. Wayfair could care less about my situation caused by a flawed system they use. Shipping & "The 4,000-Mile Surprise" The logistics were where things truly fell apart. After securing a delivery date, the schedule was suddenly changed while I was 4,000 miles away. The Conflict: I was forced to spend two hours on the phone and texting while traveling to argue for the original delivery window. The Result: I eventually got the date back, but the mental overhead and time wasted while abroad was inexcusable. ️ The Assembly Illusion I purchased a shuffleboard table and paid extra for professional assembly through Wayfair. I was led to believe the appointment was set and ready to go twice. It was not. The Reality: Nobody ever "picked up" the job. The assembly was scheduled in name only, leaving me with a massive, heavy 12 ft pallet and a 350 table with no help. I ended up having to cancel the assembly through Wayfair and pay out-of-pocket for a local professional just to get the job done. Damage and Uncertainty To top it all off, the "white glove" feel of the purchase was nonexistent. The table arrived with the box ripped open and parts of the table literally poking through the cardboard. Because the assembly was such a disaster, I spent days in the dark about the actual condition of the table and the playing surface. Bottom Line: Wayfair is great at taking your money, but they are consistently failing at the "last mile." Between the payment glitches, the delivery instability, and the misleading assembly services, it's hard to recommend them for large, high-stakes purchases. Tomorrow I have an installer scheduled and I will see the full condition of the table. This has been a disaster from ordering, to delivery to cancelling the assembly. I contacted Wayfair at every step with absolutely no solutions offer to my situation. Q

Convert your un-used dining room with this shuffleboard table like I did! It's super heavy but the delivery team was great! Assembly was easy but took some muscle to lift. Bright blue and silver look modern and sturdy, won't budge during play, slick tabletop, and pairs perfectly with the Extera Foosball table! Highly recommend!
