I am sixty years old and recently widowed. I purchased this table for my adult children to have something to do when they came to visit. The beautiful table sat for about six months before my son was able to come and play on it. Hes an avid pool player and immediately said that the table was not level. Naturally, I was a little bit defensive since I made the purchase. After several months, it seemed that the table was getting worse. At this point, I pulled out the assembly instructions and all of the leftover hardware that the delivery men had left behind. We were shocked to discover that the slate leveling bolts had not been put in the table. Some of the bolts to the drawer had also been left out, as had many other pieces of hardware. This is why I was told to lift up on the right side of the drawer when opening it. Im very disappointed and unhappy. I cant afford to have it fixed at this point after having spent 5k on the table.

Get a professional assembly for this! It is very beautiful. It looks a little white washed but it works for us.

Playcraft game tables are warranted for 1 year against defects in materials and manufacturing. This warranty is subject to the following limitations; Original purchaser – This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. Tables not covered – This warranty does not apply to Playcraft slate pool tables or Playcraft shuffleboard tables, which carry their warranties. Assembly – All damaged or defective parts must be identified before proceeding with the assembly process. Do not assemble the table if damaged or defective parts are identified. Moving – Moving the table can cause injury and damage to the table. Parts damaged due to moving the table are not covered by the warranty. Wear and tear – Conditions deemed by us to have occurred during use, expected due to age, or caused by acts of nature, are not covered by this warranty. Processing a claim – In the event a defect in materials or manufacturing is suspected, stop the assembly process and immediately notify the retailer where purchased or GMInc. through the support website. Clear and detailed images along with a description of the damage or defect will be required to initiate the warranty claim. A determination will be made if damaged or defective parts need to be returned for further inspection to validate the claim. Associated costs – The warranty does not cover any associated costs including but not limited to loss of use, shipping costs, or labor.
