Overall, this is a substantial & unique end table. At first glance I was very happy (5 stars) with it, as I have been with previous purchases from Perigold —but on closer inspection, not so much. I wanted to attach 3 pix to demonstrate the issues but the review is not allowing the uploads: 1. The top is brownish, not grey as described. 2. “live edge” does not mean a massive crack on the edge 3. There are 3 “bow tie” fixes on top of table to hold cracks together.. All in all, this wood top should not have made it through quality control—not at this price point. The end table is much too heavy and cumbersome to pack up & return so I will keep it & won’t look too closely at it. From a distance it looks nice—but I am very disappointed.
