The underside of this item was severely damaged. I had to spend over three hundred dollars on repairs, about 30% of its original cost. When I requested reimbursement, the chatbot/humanoid (hired third-party call center) would only authorize a 20% refund and kept repeating the same message as a robot. Lesson learned: never buy a thing from Wayfair.
