This stool was purchased because I needed a triangle shaped stool for the triangle shaped opening in my kitchen island. An island design inherited from the previous owner. I was excited to finally find a shape and size that fits the smaller space. While it fits perfectly it is somewhat underwhelming in person as the seat is very small and the design loses some of it's artsiness when viewed in real life and not in a perfectly posed photo. That's the problem with shopping online. You can't see and try before purchasing. I'm keeping it as it works, and is well made, but it's not a showstopper.
