I like the look of this dresser, seems like quality construction, but I was surprised at the awful smell it put out. I think it's because it has an oil rubbed finish but it smells strongly of chemicals / oil / (stain?) I've had it for several days and am still trying to air it out before putting my clothing in it. It's next to my bed so the smell has been bothersome.
