First, I want to say Customer Service was amazing when this piece was received damaged in their transport facility. They called and emailed apologizing that they would need to "make" the product again and I was impressed by their professionalism. However, when I did receive the product 2 months later, I was not impressed with how cheap it looked. When indeed, for a $400 table, I did not see the quality. I sadly returned but again, Wayfair has the best return process! They make shopping online easy, especially when the large returns can be a hassle. In conclusion, Wayfair is awesome, this end table by Noir, not so much.
