The chair is as described and looks great. It has a very firm seat that I imagine it may soften over time. The leather isnt the highest quality, but it looks good without any defects. Very light. I could easily lift it and carry it across the room myself without straining and I am a 120 pound female. 

So disappointing! I waited months for this chair. I was beyond excited. It looked so awesome and distinctive online. Where do I begin with the issues? First, it's not at all comfortable. The seat cushion is super hard and tilts to one side. The seat is higher on the right side and lower on the left side. The back cushion leans way back and there's no support for your upper shoulders. The support stops mid lower lumbar - as you're leaning back by 45 degrees. Most awkward chair I've ever sat in. For scale, it almost looks like a toy chair - it's sooo small!! I'm a small, slender framed person at 5'-4". My hips barely fit in this chair and again I'm small. The chair is not a carmel color as the photos online appear. It's brown. The same brown color as the wood trim. It looks so much better in the photos when the wooden trim is a distinct color from the leather. Arm cushions are not as full and plush as the photos online. They may have gotten crushed during shipping?? Tried working them out, but the stuffing in the arms is really firm and not soft. And the frame of the chair is not square. The exposed frame is a distinct feature of this chair. One side is out of square by over 1". It's made in China so,... This chair is flat out uncomfortable to sit in and it's amazingly smaller than the photos online. So bummed. Man was I excited. Had I sat in this in a show room I would have walked away and never looked back despite how distinctive and unique it looks.

Inconsistent quality for the price. We ordered two of these Club chairs and one came with a different leather color-tone, and faded almost scratched style. Mayfair agreed to exchanged the item for a new one hoping that it will come equal to the first chair, but instead, they call us again and said that we were stuck with what we got!! Could be the person that called us having a bad day, but it was VERY unprofessional. Either way, we are doing a chargeback and going after Wayfair on this item. If you want to sell expensive products you better stand behind their quality, not just say "there's nothing we can do, you're stuck with the product".

Soft leather. Wish it was a little wider but I love it. Lightweight but sturdy. Thinking of buying a second to flank my couch.

Chair is beautiful. Looks like the pictures. Only “complaint” is the seat is hard. So chair isn’t AS comfy as it appears in the pictures. It overall we are very happy with this purchase
