I should have studied photos closer. I am very disappointed in all the burlap that is visible. Not what I hoped but we need spofa so I won't be returning.

This sofa is the exact height but it is not deep enough. It is very uncomfortable ! The color is much darker ithan the picture. How do I return this sofa?

The service people and delivery people at Perigold are outstanding. My order and delivery were handled with care. This is the first time I have ordered a large item being a couch and my first item from Perigold. This couch was very bad quality. It's original price was somewhere in the neighborhood of $7,000 and sales price around $2,700. I was disappointed in that it was like sitting on a cold cement ledge. The quality was very poor and it seems like the original price should have been only $2,700 and sales price less that. Then I had to pay shipping and stocking fee so I won't be ordering large items from this company when I really can't see and try them out in a store.
