Love this bookcase! It is very sleek and modern and easy to assemble. There were two glass interior panels there were broken, however Wayfair replaced (outstanding customer service!). We could not be happier with this purchase!

Modern, streamlined, no fastenershardware, just high-quality shelves and glass components. I will keep this forever and leave it to someone in my will!

I was hesitant to spend this much on bookshelves that had so few reviews, but I'm very happy with the purchase. The shelves are sleek and substantial, but the open sides and glass supports keep them from looking too heavy visually. (When I placed the order I wasn't sure about the smoky glass, but it ends up blending in quite nicely with the wood.) They go together easily: the glass pieces simply slot into the wood shelves, so the only thing holding it all together is gravity. I purchased two sets (in walnut), and to me it seems they do tilt out a bit from the wall (though that might be due to uneven flooring?). Pros: attractive, nicely finished, beautiful color, easy to assemble. They were packed incredibly well, and it took much longer to break down all the packaging than it did to actually assemble them. Cons: the slots for the glass don't seem completely consistent, meaning that in places it seems like the shelves aren't sitting quite flat, and meaning that I couldn't get two adjacent bookshelves to stay perfectly aligned. (I could probably take it apart and sand out some of the slots, but I haven't yet tried that.) All in all these are beautiful bookshelves, and I'm optimistic they'll hold up well.

I now own 5 of the Kendrick Library bookcase in white. 2 together looks way better than 1. If you have the wall space for two, they blend seamlessly and it just looks so luxurious. I’ve never had anyone walk into my house and not immediately compliment the bookcase. It’s the star of the show.
