Love the design/style of this table and it is very sturdy. Looks great in my foyer. However, the finish does not look as good in person as I expected and there was a small (1/4”) chip in the finish on top. I touched it up but had expected better quality for the price. The delivery team was great and I watched them unbox the table. It was very well packaged so was not damaged in shipping or delivery.

What I think is there is a large box in my entryway. I spent hours on the phone trying to get my future furniture items to be delivered “white glove”. After being on the phone on “hold” and several back and forth, i was told that my next furniture orders would be delivered with “white glove.” Well, a 90lb console table was delivered in a box. Im sure most people can’t open, unpack and lift this item out of the box and observe if there is any damage. Which is what we should expect…since we are paying HIGH dollar for these items. I have two more pieces of furniture to be delivered next week…so again i called Perigold to let them know that what they had promised was not actually what they had told me the day before. I could go on but im sure you dont want to hear it. There have been far move foibles than are not shown here. It would take up too much time. I have spent thousands of dollars and i still HAVE to fight for equality. Sure hope you have a better experience. .
