Avoid using glass cleaners on anything but glass and mirrors. Ammonia can cause discoloration and dull the finish. The lacquer pieces come in both high-gloss and medium-gloss. Clean lacquer with a soft cloth or duster. Avoid rubbing hard as this may produce tiny scratches.

This piece is a nice color and polished look from afar, but the texture is more worn looking than I was expecting, especially on some of the edges. I know they say it is a durable finish but it almost looks like it has little pills like a sweater if you’re within a few feet. It’s the exact height of my dining table so looks good but if you’re standing at it to serve like a buffet it may be a bit short.
