I expected to get a high quality console and received a poorly constructed, cheap cabinet with a door hanging off, manufacturing defects and missing screws. The wood is cheap as well. It’s going back! Customer service, on the other hand, has been amazing.

I'm very upset. I ordered this cabinet at the End of February, 2024 and it never arrived. After being told to wait, I had to cancel the order then reorder. I was told I was going to get a 10% off coupon for my troubles. I never got it. The reorder item arrived yesterday. Today I see it advertised at $82 less than I originally paid. Now I have to return the cabinet to get the better price. but the cabinet is very nice

Perfect for where we are using it and seems very sturdy as well as pretty.

There was no option to select delivery date and Wayfair instructed FedEx that they could leave it outside my condo which is basically on the street as I live in a city. The item arrived damaged with cracks and chips. I spent 30 min online with customer service. They offered to send a replacement door and panels (). Finally they said I could receive a replacement piece but I had to dispose of the faulty cabinet. No offer of a discount for The time and trouble .

I enjoy the aesthetic of the accent chest and it places very nicely in my entry way. A couple items I was disappointed me given the price point that upon delivery the left door hinge was already ripped off - like it was boxed broken and unchecked. Luckily with wood filler I had on-hand, I repaired myself. The instructions for the door magnets were not self-explanatory and I thought were sized incorrectly. Seeps like cheap plastic springs so hopefully they hold up.
