I was very excited to receive this sideboard. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed twice and I was notified ~ 1 hour before that the delivery was going to be delayed. I do think the communication needs to improve between Wayfair and the delivery company since the expectation for delivery is for customers to be home for a set number of hours. Finally, the sideboard arrived and I had ordered the brown one. However, I was disappointed that the sideboard did not appear like the image online. I would not say this sideboard is brown. It is more white washed. I expected the brown color on the inside of the door, which is what I really wanted. I am not sure if it was the lot I received but I would have been much happier if the sideboard was the color of the inside of the door versus the whitewashed look. I think the ad should change from a brown sideboard to reflect the actual color. If Wayfair can exchange this sideboard for the color inside the door, I would be open to that. Update: I spoke with a Wayfair customer service representative, Amanda, and we were able to find a solution that worked. I am grateful this issue was solved and thank Wayfair for their great customer service.
