Understated elegance, nuetral enough to blend with almost any decor, but unique to get notice, I have received a lot of compliments. Purchased matching end table and 2 round endtables with wooden tops. Probably will buy the console as well. Expensive to me, but worth it I think, as I plan to keep all for a very long time. A little color was rubbed off of a small part of the metal frame from the packing rubbing it at one spot, but fixed it in less than a minute with an acrylic gold paint pen, you would never be able to detect it now
