Great and beautiful product, but this type of wood is a softwood. It can be easily chipped or damaged. I still love it just maybe not pet or kid safe. I have two other purchase with this live and other line from Lexington that are amazing, but they get damaged very easily. It wouldn’t stop me from ordering again, but I don’t have pets or kids…

When I saw these online I just had to order it! I'm waiting for the contractor to wrap up the finishing touches so we can see them with the table!
