I’m absolutely in love with these chairs. But one disappointing thing was I ordered these back in December 2023. I received delivery of two boxes in Early March believing in each box would be two chairs each since two boxes were shipped. To my disappointment upon opening I received one chair in each box. I immediately called believing they were sending the other two chairs out right away!! No that was not the case they were on back order! Which I could not understand since my original order specifically said 4 chairs! That said the other two chairs just arrived! Yes they are beautiful.. but this is absolutely ridiculous!! If I had ordered directly from Kartell this would not have been the case! You would think they would offer a refund for their mistake and the extended wait!! Frustrated! From now on I will order direct from Kartell. Stephanie Csokmay
