This couch may look beautiful but be low be me it was a nightmare from start to finish. It took three delivery attempts to arrive, and not once did I receive an apology or explanation. When it finally showed up, the delivery team was rude and dismissive. The couch itself is the worst investment I’ve ever made. It stains incredibly easily, shows every speck of dust, and is nearly impossible to keep clean. It’s also uncomfortably low to the ground and not at all supportive. Even worse, I was assured by a customer service representative that I could return it if I wasn’t satisfied. That turned out to be completely false. They refused the return, leaving me stuck with an expensive, uncomfortable, and unsightly couch. This has been a dreadful shopping experience, and I will never purchase from Wayfair or any of its affiliated brands again

I love this sofa but it is a bit low.
