damage from misuse or abuse, improper installation, Pillow Slip Warranty: Cushion slips are warranted for a one (1) year period against defects in workmanship and materials. “Defects” are defined as both cosmetic and imperfections that impair the utility of the product or affect the structural integrity of the product. This warranty does not extend to pillow fill. Cushion Slip Warranty: Cushion slips are warranted for a one (1) year period against seams separating or tearing. This warranty does not extend to cushion cores and liners. Sunbrella® Fabric Warranty: Sunbrella provides a five (5) year limited warranty on fabrics used for slip construction. The Sunbrella fabrics used on our outdoor furniture are warranted to the original purchaser, protecting against umbrella fabrics becoming unserviceable due to color or strength loss from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals. This warranty does not extend to normal care and cleaning, or costs associated with the replacement of the fabric, including labor and installation. Sunbrella’s liability is expressly limited to this warranty. Sunbrella reserves the right to inspect the fabric submitted for claim. Proof of purchase will be required. Sunbrella will supply new equivalent fabric to replace any fabric that they determine to be unserviceable. The customer is responsible for any additional costs associated with replacing the fabric. The customer must work with the authorized dealer from which the product was purchased to facilitate communication directly with Sunbrella or with Peak Season for this claim.
