Some paint damage . But everything else is ok . And a dark spot on.

When the first chair was delivered the frame was broken all around the top. I called right away and received amazing customer service and the chair was replaced free of charge. The replacement chair arrived and while unpacking it, a can of wood touchup/repair/restoration spray (without the cap anywhere to be found) was just randomly hanging out between the packaging and the chair in the front by the bottom legs. Upon inspecting the chair, itself, there is a lot of damage (as shown in the photos.) From little brown dots of wood spray, to scratch and scuff marks. You can also tell that the manufacturer did a shoddy job painting the frame which, for the price I paid for this chair I naively assumed the silver would be chrome metal, not wood. Also, the way they pulled the leather around the front of the arm rest (top half of the picture) is just sloppy (the bottom half of the picture shows the arm of the first chair I received for comparison.) Don't get me wrong, I understand that a big part of the price was for the leather, which has a very soft and smooth, suede-like feeling to it, and I also understand that Wayfair is not the manufacturer. I'm just so disappointed that I don't even want to call and complain again.

It was exactly as advertised and very popular with my customers.
