When the chair was initially going to be delivered, I was notified that the chair had been damaged during shipping. Wayfair gave me the option of getting another, or a refund. I chose the former. The replacement came a little over a month later. It took a little while to free the chair from all of the packaging that had to have been put on it in order to protect it. It is a lovely chair.
