Guys were prompt and helpful! update - gas piston failed after a few months and the replacement was no help. There is no way to remove the old piston so the chair sinks almost immediately.

Excellent, high quality office chair. Solid wood throughout and very comfortable, stylish leather seating. Height adjustment is very easy to work and wheels roll very smoothly. Well worth the price!
