The chair came broken in the box (obviously not due to shipping as the box was undamaged). Perigold support was excellent and I received my return immediately. 5 stars for support.

Have this chair at work (with headrest) so ordered for my office at home now we’re working from home more. It’s very sturdy and comfortable. Good lumbar support which was the primary reason I spent the money - I knew what I was getting for the price. Noticed an immediate difference with my sciatic pain. Assembly is very easy - no tools just attach the base to the seat. The thing I like about this chair is you can lean and the arms lean with you. Also the arms are adjustable.

This chair is even more comfortable and beautiful in person than described online! It was extremely simple to put together, which is a big plus. It is very supportive and sturdy and ergonomically friendly - especially important when you are spending most of the day sitting at a desk. Highly, highly recommend!

This chair is torture to sit in. I don’t understand how it is so highly reviewed. I’ve been using it for several days and it is incredibly uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. The back does not stay reclined. You have to push it into recline and it does not lock. The armrests feel constructive and tight. The surface of the seat is odd and feels like it’s pushing me forward. Every muscle in my back, hips and thighs is aching. Huge mistake - especially for the high price paid!

Very nice chair . Good back support and very comfortable. Getting the headrest would give an even better experience.
