I opted in for white glove delivery, and this is how the bookcase came, and it’s a tall and HEAVY item that I cannot move or assemble on my own. I’m sure the bookcase is beautiful but I’m highly annoyed with Perigold’s delivery process. This is second time this has happened to me, the first item being a heavy metal desk for my office. Be mindful when you purchase furniture from Perigold, especially if you don’t have people to help you move or assemble heavy furniture. Although this site has quality furniture items, the delivery process sucks! This will be the last time I order anything from Perigold.

This is a well made, VERY heavy piece of furniture. Very pretty. Please note IT CANNOT BE DISASSEMBLED!! There is NO WAY to take it apart so please make sure it will fit through doorsdown stairs

Very solid bookcase, roomy and looks great. Installation was top tier! Would recommend to others!
