Horrible preparation for shipping and manufacturing flaws created a disaster! The legs are quite fragile and there is a fundamental flaw in the manufacturing process which creates a crack in the lower portion of the leg that is stressed during shipping. The first TWO desks which were delivered to me were broken. The third one arrived in one piece. It was a nightmare!!!

Beautiful and substantial desk! The black sand finish is more of a dark espresso wash. Not a hard lacquered black finish. Which was what I was hoping!
