my two filing cabinets arrived in great shape. They are very heavy. The finish is a little more yellow or pale than the picture. But everything else is five stars.

This product has so many issues, First, it is advertised as 64 pounds, but when it shows up the box says 165. When you are not expecting that, bringing it into the house is a real problem. Not to mention scratching the floors. When I finally opened it up, the draws didn't fit. The cabinet was broken in multiple places. The ballbearings were falling out, the items that hold up the draw, were put on backwards. I am so annoyed with the product and Pergola. I want this item out of my house and I don't want to hurt my wrist again. I was promised they would pick it up, it never happened. While the person I spoke to was nice and credited me for the product, telling me to throw this away shows little regard for the customer. I have never written a review like this in my life. It is just that everyone needs to know this.

The box in which it was delivered and the cabinet itself were badly damaged and unusable on arrival. I sent 12 photos of the damaged box and cabinet and received a full credit. This was my first purchase from Perigold so I likely won't return.

The first filing cabinet arrived damaged, but customer service was great and reordered for me. The second one was I damaged and I love it!

The wood is of high quality and nice looking. The drawer sliders are flimsy and low quality, and the drawers wobble from side to side. The file holders are flimsy and thin, and honestly kind of a joke for a high priced cabinet. I'm still deciding whether or not to return it.
