The dresser would have received a 5 star, but I did experience issues when delivered. First time it arrived, the bottom metal bar was snapped in half and delivery was refused. A replacement unit was sent out immediately. When the replacement arrived, the metal bar on the side was snapped. Out of frustration, I didn’t want to refuse this unit and accepted it with the intention of having a welder hired to fix the issue. I called customer service and they suggested a discount. All was resolved within 1 hour after delivery. I was going to give it a worst rating, but the delivery went smooth as did the resolving of the issue.

Carlos and his team were great. They were professional, courteous and fast! Not a scratch or dent on our beautiful new furniture!

Delivery was quick and the team made sure my furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it and the packing material was cleaned up.

First one came damaged. Wayfair customer service was great. Furniture itself is solid wood with dovetail joints and soft close. Top drawers have velvet lining and a jewelry shelf.
