Overall beautiful table and I love it! It is a substantial and heavy table. It definitely takes two people to pull the table apart. Leaf is heavy as well, but one person can handle it a little akwardly. Leaf is stored separately, not self-storing. Tabletop does have some distressing so you may need a placement or smooth surface if kids want to do homework on it. It can definitely sit 8 easily and 10 if you have two skinny chairs on each end. With the leaf sits 10 for sure and 12 if you have two skinny chairs on the ends. White glove delivery was so nice and fast! I’ve been looking for a long time and happy to have finally found our family table for years to come!
