Delivery arrived today and stool is not usable. It has 3 legs and one of them was welded so poorly that it has fallen off (probably in transport although there is no damage to the box.) I purchased 2 of these and the other one is intact.

This is such a great stool. It looks terrific, is very well made, and is comfortable.

Wonderful stools that fit well in our kitchen nook! The quality seems to be excellent (time will tell); the stool is very solid and heavy! We took our time researching and finding what we thought would be the perfect fit with our new table. The stools checked all the boxes and were a great finishing touch!

The bar stools arrived damaged. I started a text conversation with a Customer Service contact to initiate a return of all the items and was initially told I could return the items and receive a refund, then was told there was a review being conducted and I would get an email with more info. This was on Monday (12/31) and I have never received an email or other communication. Terrible service. I still need help.

In order for us to get three of these stools that we could use, we had to endure four shipments where most of the stools sent were poorly manufactured with the seats welded on at a 20 degree angle, unusable. That meant many phone calls, several trips to Fed Ex to return products, a lot of inconvenience. So, although we now have three stools that work, we had to do way too much work to get there. If you can’t get your manufacturers to maintain quality, you shouldn’t sell that product. This makes us avoid your brand in the future. We are too busy to be shipping back defective products in order to get something usable.
