Exactly as expected, feels solid and with a ton of relaxed character. Not convinced about the shape of the knobs (however that was not a surprise as I was already not too sure on the pictures…) but just an opportunity to personalize and bring in new knobs that can better tie in with the rest of the room! ) Only con is a bit of a strong smell at first… but in all fairness, I am very sensitive to smells.

These nightstands were absolutely beautiful!!! I waited 4 months for them to arrive and when they finally came I was soooo disappointed that they were both severely damaged. 3 of the 4 edges where the top and the sides meet was separated, cracked and had splintered wood pieces. Both dressers had similar issues. I called to see if I could exchange them but the kind woman I talked to told me that I would have to wait 8-10 weeks for a new set so I unfortunately had to return them. I am glad Wayfair was able to print a return label for me. I wanted them to work so badly. Heart broken
